Fabrication and Shipping Times
The time it takes to fabricate your custom garment depends on the size of the order and nature of the product. Usually there is a large selection of fabrics in stock but others will take a few days to order in. Detail work, for example custom embroidery, will also add a few days to the overall time. Generally speaking, it takes us about 7 to 10 days to fabricate your outfit.
International Shipping
In times in which the whole world is connected, we believe that it is important to offer attractive shipping deals as well as reasonable shipping times. That’s why we only use express services with tracking to ensure the best quality service.
We are using SF Express due to it’s simplicity, speed, reliability and local presence. Since the costs for international parcels are rather high we decided to put a flat rate into place. Generally speaking, if you purchase more than 1 item this deal will be of advantage for you.
As an example, the shipping time from the Eastern Mountains of the Shandong province to the United States of America is between 5 - 10 business days. The flatrate is $34.90 per order with an additional fee of $6.50 for each item. We also offer express service and tracking.
Returns
Since every piece of clothing is individualized, we don’t accept any returns. We discuss the outfits, designs, fabric choices very thoroughly. Returns are extremely rare because we focus on a high quality product and an extensive, clear communication with our clients. In specific cases returns are possible. (For example when there has been a defect on our product.) That being said we work together with a small family-owned tailor shop and inspect and document our products thoroughly. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are in any way unsatisfied, we will ask you to email us, so that we can make sure to find a solution. This could be a refund or a coupon which can be redeemed in our online shop. In case of a defect we ask to provide photo proof, so that we can compare it with our internal product documentation. Please be aware that slight color deviations between the images, videos and the delivered products are technical and do not represent any defect.
Orders
When offering such a broad variety of options, naturally we sometimes come across combinations of fabrics or cuts that are not working well together. As an example, you would never use a light linen fabric as trim on a shirt with a sturdy fabric. Another example is the placement of embroidery or pockets. Very fine details, for example on an embroidery, can be difficult to realize. This means that you will have to understand that there can be small changes in details. For example, depending on the design, the locations of seams and folds can vary. Therefore we sometimes have to make small adjustments to make things work. We will reserve the right to change small details without further notice. However, if this would change your outfit significantly or change it in any other practical way, we will definetely get in touch with you to discuss it. Please be aware that the product pictures in our shop are just examples to show you many of the different possibilities you have with the creation of your personal garment.
Contacting clients
Sometimes we need to get in touch with our clients to ask some additional questions. We will get in touch via the email address that the order was purchased with. If we were not able to suceed in contacting the customer within a few days, we will also try via phone call. In cases in which the client is not available and has not responded to our emails or phone calls, we will reserve the right to fabricate the clothing according to generalized sizes based on the information we have. A refund or returning the clothing is not possible. We strongly advise to be available via those lines of communication to answer any questions.
Illustrations
We did our best to make the fabric and product pictures look exactly how they are. However, possible colour deviations between the images and delivered products cannot be avoided. We reserve the right to make small changes in design and cut to improve quality and adjust an outfit to the requirements of an individual, or to match different fabrics in a better way. (As we said before, we will always get in touch with you before making larger changes.)
Use of data
We treat absolutely every personal information confidentially. We do not share your data with third parties. We solely use certified, high security systems to process payment details and only share the absolute minimum amount of data in order to process your oder. Your privacy is important to us! Taxes
Depending on your country of origin it is possible that the package will go through the customs department. This would mean that you might have to pick up the parcel in person at your local customs/tax department. You might have to pay a customs duty or import tax. You can ask your local customs office for detailed information.
Liability
We offer our service to connect the west with the east and share traditions with each other. Our service allows our clients to get a tailor-made and high-quality martial arts garment. We have a close relationship with our tailor and connect people from all over the world to their service. We establish the communication and pass the order for the fabrication of the clothes directly to our tailor. From a legal perspective, the customer becomes an importer and therefore also takes responsibility for the goods. We only use the most renowned, high level security service provider Stripe and PayPal. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure. PayPal is monitoring every transaction 24/7 and heavily guards them behind next-level encryption. It also offers buyer and seller protection.
