Since every piece of clothing is individualized, we do not accept returns. (§ 312g Abs. 2 BGB by German law) That being said, we are a small family operated tailor shop and inspect and document our products thoroughly. This means it is very rare for our clothing to have a defect to begin with. We are currently able to do 60 outfits per months. Therefor we have enough time to communicate the customers wishes and ensure quality work.
However, they say “never say never”, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. For the rare case in which your tailored outfit really has a defect of some kind, we will be happy to find a solution. This can either be a partial refund or a coupon which can be redeemed in our online shop. You will need to provide a photo of the defect so that we can compare it with our internal product documentation. Possible minor color deviations between the images and the delivered products are technical and do not represent any defect.
